Community Housing Resources, Inc., has completed Stable Path in Provincetown, which features 23 new units of affordable housing for rear-round residents.
Stable Path, which was developed on the site of the former Nelson Riding Stables consists of 2 studio/efficiency apartments, 4 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom townhomes, and 2 three-bedroom townhomes located in 10 buildings.
MassHousing provided $1 million for the development of Stable Path through the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, which MassHousing manages on behalf of the state Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
Other financing was provided by DHCD, Massachusetts Housing Partnership, the Town of Provincetown, Barnstable County HOME Consortium, Citizens Bank and through the allocation of federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
