MassHousing has long expressed our commitment to going beyond bricks and mortar to ensure the success of the rental housing communities we finance and oversee. A large part of this work is done through TAP, our Tenant Assistance Program.
Founded in 1983 and available exclusively to rental developments financed and overseen by MassHousing, TAP provides resources, trainings, services and support for property managers, site staff and residents. Benefits include access to management trainings and the Community Services Conference for site staff, resident programs and dispute resolution services.
Last year, 515 developments with more than 57,000 units participated in TAP, paying just $10 per unit to enjoy the program’s many benefits. Learn more about TAP and the good work of our Community Services Department.
