We’re about halfway through our latest homeownership advertising campaign, which features print, online, radio and television ads. But this campaign is a bit different from what we’ve done in the past, and is part of a larger effort by MassHousing to better address often underserved minority communities in the Commonwealth.
Ads in English and Spanish themed, “Nothing compares to the excitement of attaining your first home,” began circulating in March and will wrap up in July. We’ve also conducted research to better understand the needs and opinions of minority borrowers, and participated in numerous events to work with lenders, community organizations and others to better address those needs.
